TERMS OF SERVICE & AGREEMENT

• HUSTLAPP

Welcome to HUSTAPP, an online, on-the-go service-based Platform that facilitates priority-based access to top high-value professional Artisans by End users of their services. The HUSTLAPP website and service, including (without limitation, mobile applications and other interactive properties through which the service is delivered (collectively, the "Services"), are owned, operated, and distributed by A. I TECH SOLUTION NIGERIA LIMITED.

This Site Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms”) governs your use of the HUSTLAPP platform offered by A. I TECH SOLUTION NIGERIA LIMITED, doing business as HUSTLAPP ("we," "us," or "Hustlapp”), including our website (----------.com), mobile application (“App”), and services we provide through them (collectively, the website, App, and services referred to as our “Site”). “You” refers to you as a user of the Site. These Terms apply to users of, including visitors to, our Site. Use of our Site is also subject to our current Acceptable Use Policy.

The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us, and hence, please take the time to read them carefully. By using our APP or otherwise indicating your acceptance (for example, by agreeing when creating or logging into your account, clicking "I Agree," etc.), you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not access or use our APP.

• ACCEPTING THE TERMS

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with HUSTLAPP, accept these Terms, and agree to comply. Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which can be found directly on the Platform, or where the Platform is made available for download, on your mobile device's applicable app store, and are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

You can accept the Terms by accessing or using our Services. You understand and agree that we will treat your access or use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

• CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We amend these Terms from time to time; for instance, when we update the functionality of our Services, we combine multiple apps or services operated by us or our affiliates into a single combined service or App, or when there are regulatory changes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to generally notify all users of any material changes to these Terms, such as through a notice on our Platform. However, you should check the Terms regularly for such changes.

• ELIGIBILITY

Age: You must be at least 18 years old(might be different in other Jurisdictions) to use our APP.

Eligibility Representations and Warranties: You represent and warrant that:

• You have not been prohibited from using or accessing any aspect of our Site by us or under any applicable law or regulation;
• you will comply with all applicable terms of any third-party payment provider we select, and you are not on a prohibited list of that payment provider;
• you (and any Site account that you created or control) have not been previously banned or removed from our Site for any reason, and
• YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US

You must create an account with us to access or use our Services. You must maintain and promptly update your details and any other information you provide to us to keep such information current and complete.

You must keep your account password confidential and not disclose it to any third party. If you know or suspect that a third party knows your password or has accessed your account, you must promptly notify us via the customer service link on our App.
